Greetings to all today I share with you this lunch that my husband prepares me with a combination of salty and sweet flavors to get out of the routine of the traditional lunches made up of rice or spaghetti.
The plate is composed of:
1-Ocumo white and ocumo parboiled Chinese.
2-Parboiled ripe plantain.
3-Salad of cabbage with beetroot
4-Meat lizard
5-Beet juice with carrot and lemon
The why of this food?
Many times we eat foods that do not offer us the nutrients necessary for the proper functioning of our body; in my case I need foods that stabilize my hemoglobin. Beet, cabbage, carrots, vegetables are sources of iron and vitamins ideal for increasing hemoglobin levels.
I recommend this dish very nutritious, you will not feel stomach heaviness and the combination of flavors and textures is very pleasant to the palate.
