Thuka is a nepali dish in which noodles is served with healthy soup. Thukpa is a noodle soup commonly served in northern Nepal and you can get this dish served in almost all the restaurants in Kathmandu. The Nepalese version of Thukpa may contain noodles, chilli powder, healthy vegetables and chicken and buff as well.
You can enjoy either Veg Thukpa or Chicken and buff Thukpa in most Kathmandu restaurants.
