I'll be sharing my banana pancakes recipe today. It's so fluffy and delicious guys. Less calories in it but with all the tastiness in it! 😋
This recipe is totally different from the ones you may see online because I created it!
INGREDIENTS.
- 5 bananas.
2.1 egg. - 4 tablespoon of butter.
- 6 tablespoon of flour.
- 7 tablespoons of milk.
- Half teaspoon baking soda.
- A pinch of salt.
- 3 tablespoons of sugar.
STEP1.
microwave sugar and butter for 10 seconds on mid high. You Could use a double boiler,put over the boiling water and stir till the butter melts properly. Stir well for the sugar to get slightly desolved. Mash up 3 bananas (your bananas should be very ripe). Mix dried ingredients together.
STEP2.
Pour in milk into the butter to help it cool down a little (if you add your egg first, it could get scram). Crack your egg and beat very well pour it in and give a general mix. Add mash bananas in and mix.
STEP3.
Add dried ingredients gently and fold in .stir well and grease your non stick pan with some butter, light stove and put on mid high flame allow pan to get hot. Pour in some of the mix and fry for a minute or till you see little bubbles on top then flip to the other side for 10 seconds should be golden brown or light brown
Do same with the remaining batter. Serve with some banana jam or some other syrup of your choice, decorate with the remaining bananas and enjoy with some ginger tea or any drink of your choice. Yummmm 😋
