#ingredients

  • .1 chicken, cut into 4 pieces
  • .3 boiled pieces of matching pieces

  • .75 ml sweet soysauce
  • .2 pieces lime juice
  • 2 lemongrass
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • .1 tsp sugar
  • .1 1/2 liter of water
  • .Fried oil and white rice to taste
    #softenedseasoning
  • .6 pieces of garlic
  • .6 cloves of redonion
  • .1 tbsp coriander
  • .1 / 2 teaspoon cumin
  • .6 grains pecan
    *.3 cm ginger

  • Heat the water and then boil the chicken with a small fire until the fragrant broth and chicken cooked
