Last weekend I had the pleasure of visiting the delicious Totto Ramen Next Door with 2 loving friends in New York. The Spicy Tonkotsu was a tasty noodle dish with fixing resembling pho. However, the straight noodles used in the Tonkotsu are hardier and chewy.
We also ended up with Takoyaki balls. These Japanese style deep fried octopus cakes are a party to the pallet when they aren’t searing your tongue.
Would you ever try deep fried octopus balls?
