This is red, yellow and green peppers and onions cooking in butter. There is also a good bit of ground garlic in here. Also can add pepper at this point, if you like.
Now I have added some pre-cooked chicken breasts, shredded (or you can cut in cubes, if desired). Also add soy sauce to your taste.
Now you can serve over rice. (I prefer brown rice) Enjoy!
