Prep step 1
Carrots
Jalapeno
Green pepper
Scallions
Step 2
Szechuan sauce
Peanut oil
Peanuts (toasted a little).
Organic cayenne
Water chestnuts
Dried chilis
Step 3
Season chicken with
Shichimi Togarashi
Sauteed and put to the side (chopped).
Step 4
Stir fry
Carrots
Green peppers
And chilis
Step 5
Add pre cooked chicken
Scallions
Cayenne pepper
Water chestnuts
Step 6
Add Szechuan sauce and let get happy for about 5 minutes :)
You can add a little sugar if you like

SERVE
Garnishes
Peanuts and Scallions with Basmati rice.
