饺子，又名水饺，原名“娇耳”，是中国的古老传统面食，源于中原宛城，距今已有一千八百多年的历史了。饺子深受中国广大人民的喜爱，是中国北方大部分地区，每年春节必吃的年节食品，在许多省市也有冬至节吃饺子的习惯。
菠菜饺子（翡翠饺子），比一般的饺子更健康更营养。菠菜富含胡萝卜素、维生素C、维生素K、矿物质等多种营养素，具有补血、润泽、洁皮肤，抗衰老，促进人体新陈代谢，是蔬菜中的营养模范生。
