ingredients :
500 gr of rice
7 cm ginger (geprek and rough check)
100 gr coriander (mashed)
5 lbr leaves pandanus
4 btg lemongrass
5 bj cardamom
5 btg of cloves
3 cm galangal
100 gr onion
5 pcs of lawang

Step :
Prepare all ingredients first. Wash all ingredients, including rice
Drain the water. Enter 100 grams of coriander that has been mashed, ginger which has been digeprek and chopped roughly, stir until evenly distributed, set aside.
Slice the sliced onion with butter. After the onion is slightly browned enter the stem lemongrass, galangal, cardamom, lawang / pekak and cloves. Stir until fragrant.
After all rather wilted, enter the rice that has been mixed earlier. Stir in the rice until sticky and Turn off the fire, put salt, then stirring.
Put it into a heated steamer. Steamed Kurg rice over 45 minutes. During steaming, do not forget to stir and feel. If less savory, add salt. Turn off the fire, serve ☺️
