Basic buns, ground moose meat patties with no added breadgrums, eggs or anything like that, just salt and pepper, Monterey Jack cheese, sriracha mayo, lettuce, mother-in-laws pickled cucumber, and sweet pickled red onions by me. Heavenly! We didn’t have anything else than red wine on the side, we healthy like that. Might eat some fries though later…

Hell no, moose meat is expensiveeee, especially if you take into account the effort it has taken to hunt and butcher the moose.
