Poison in the dressing room. They shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the club or players as they don't want to be part of the team.
Finally Mauricio Pochettino has put his foot down and left Eriksen out of the starting line up. Tottenham have 3 players out of contract very shortly and they refuse to sign extensions. This makes them free agents once the contract expires so whatever they are sold for they get to keep. This doesn't happen very often as it is seen as bad business by the club.

5 Nil is the way to get your season going again.
They are playing in the Champions League against Red Star and they look like a different team. They have struggled of late and it looks like Pochettino is getting the dressing room back and I hope he sticks to this team now and leaves Eriksen out. I know Red Star are not a top flight team, but you have to beat whoever is playing in front of you.

He is holding out for a massive payday and if I was him I would be looking for Juventus and a tax free deal. He is on 200 000 per week now and if he moved for the same weekly wage he would be getting more than 40 percent more.
The three players are Christian Eriksen,Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen who are basically just biding their time and don't really give a toss about the club. They are waiting running their contract down and looking for the next club and a big payday. It is all about the money and someone like Eriksen thinks he is a super star and is worth more than what he is currently getting. They are in cruise mode right now as why do anything special? They are free to talk to clubs from January and maybe they will come back with their tail between their legs as their true value will be discussed.
The only games the likes of Eriksen would want to play is the Champions League matches as he can then show his value to prospective clubs come next year. Pochetino leaving him out sends a clear message to where the unrest in the changing room is coming from. Eriksen rates himself and is hoping to go to Real Madrid and he may at some point. I would say his value has dropped though and will still drop some more the less he plays.
I think it is more to that as three other players were put up for sale in the transfer window and no one wanted them. Danny Rose, Serge Aurier and Victor Wanyama had no takers and that must be depressing and worrying for them. I know Danny Rose has a big head and rates himself highly when the truth is he is not worth the price being asked by Tottenham. He has a year left on his contract and will be off loaded cheaply in the summer or possibly January window.
I think the reason we are seeing a mixed bag of results compared to last season is down to the commitment of all 6 of these players. If they had won the Champions League their value would have been much higher and maybe interest would have been shown. They are a huge chunk of the squad and with sub par performances are virtually worthless regarding player values.
Vertonghen isn't a spring chicken and in the twilight of his career so maybe he should reconsider a one year extension. The others though I would bench and frustrate them and make them a huge gamble for any club to purchase them. They have been difficult to manage and now make them pay for being difficult. Players will see that they don't hold the power and that they are a risk for the club now. Playing anyone who doesn't want to really be there is a risk and it shouldn't ever happen.
In business if someone hands in their resignation you let them go immediately and don't let them hang around to serve out their notice. Why would you want someone around who has no future in your business and the same can be said for a sporting team.

nice job boss you give me good thought about business hope you ever give that kind of information in future thank you.
Well said. I think the only think the club has done wrong is that Daniel Levy shouldn't have paid some of these players so little. When I saw how much Eriksen makes the club got one heck of a return on pay. That said, I agree Eriksen is showing no class right now with his behavior.
I think more of these pro athletes need to be put on the bench more frequently. They are still there to do a job and they need to be focused on that. If they are not then they have to sit. That is the way it works at all other levels of the game. It will never happen though because the big names are what bring in the money. No one wants to come to a game and watch the "star" sit on the bench.
I hope Eriksen will be out. There's a lot of players out there the same quality but great attitude. Afterall, its all about the attitude. Messi will not be held long by Barcelona if he doesn't have the right attitude.
