It looks as though the Manchester United DNA has already been imprinted onto Nemanja Matic, despite Serb only signing for them a matter of days ago.
Think back to the time that Eric Cantona karate-kicked a fan, or when Rio Ferdinand punted the ball into the crowd through frustration – Matic has now joined the club.
As Matic faced up against Serie A outfit Sampdoria in his first appearance for the Red Devils, he proved that there is often nothing friendly about these ‘friendlies’.
The 29-year-old kicked the ball into the face of a fan, completely unprovoked, and was forced to apologise.
We’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that it wasn’t intentional. Five-star for accuracy, though, Nemanja!
