Tottenham haven't signed anyone.
While all other clubs in the top six have strengthened, Spurs are yet to spend any money.
Infact they have sold Kyle Walker to Man City and rumours have it Eric Dier could follow to Man Utd.
Last season's runners-up should be looking to bolster a squad that is 1 or 2 quality players away from winning the title. Instead they are to selling key players to their rivals.
This seems identical with what happened to Arsenal after they decided to build the Emirates stadium. The gunners came very close to winning the title the season before but instead of re-inforcing sold key players to direct rivals to help fund their stadium.
Granted Spurs got a fantastic price for Walker but Arsenal got a good price for their players but only to replace them with weaker players and handing the title to their rivals.
