A super performance by Liverpool as they demolished Huddersfield with a score of 5 - 0 at Anfield. With a 71% - 29% possession led by Liverpool, it was a pure fashion of dominance as they immediately scored an opening goal 15 seconds since the match started. A quick assist from Mohammad Salah gives Keita an opening goal, the fastest goal scored by Liverpool in Premier League. Goals were then followed by Sadio Mane (23') and Mohammad Salah (45+1'), making the score 3 - 0 at the half.

The second half was even a more convincing win as two goals were added again from Mane (66') and Salah (83'), making the total score at 5 - 0. It was also noticed that clear missed shots and off-sides were created by other formidable players (Henderson, an open kick at the yard) and (Sturridge, an off-side goal) which would even make the score more than five.
What brings this victory sweet is that with this win, Liverpool now tops the standings at 91 points. They are 2 points ahead of Manchester City but still City has a one-game match ahead. The race to the championship still is very tight as Manchester City's remaining games are "light" teams and are heavily favored for City. A single mistake from City (either a draw or a lose) on their remaining matches would cost them in winning the title. Liverpool's remaining matches will also be very crucial. It is truly a tight race and entertaining to watch indeed.
Hopefully Leicester can nick a win or a draw and help Liverpool!

I am hoping too so. It will mean a lot to Liverpool if they win the league.
