You should include the links to the 1st episode and provide a description as well... as far as the video, good work.. could use some voice work/instruction from "coach" if this IS your video

Thanks for the feedback @mrwang I will post the link to the episode 1 below - I think the video works better with text rather than voice as the instruction is very basic, I think i works best. Thanks for the comment I appreciate your time :)
