I think they played well. All three goals were conceded due to individual errors which cannot be forgiven in a match at Nou Camp. Barcelona didn't really create any chances. It's just that they were very clinical. Of 8 shots that they took 7 were on target compared to Chelsea's 11 of which just 2 were on target. To go to Nou Camp and have as much possession as Chelsea says a lot about the desire. It's just that individually players like Courtois, Moses, Fabregas, Christensen, Rudiger and others weren't on par with their Barcelona counterparts and that cost us the game. Willian had a good game but you can't give Barcelona and that too, Messi.
It is true that the goals were due to individual errors. And I agree with you that probably every player was inferiour that his counterpart. And with the shots at the post and crossbar they had really bad luck. However, I think they weren't aggressiv enough, they let Barca play to easy with too much space. I think they were too defensive too. They defended with a 5-4-1 Formation until the end, I was waiting for them to go forward and make more pression. I remeber one action were Hazard runs on the right wing against 3 defenders and manages to bring the ball into the box and there was no one, literally not a single player, in or near the box.
