In a match where the Premier League title could be officially announced, Manchester City face Manchester United in the derby game of the round, even though in the early match Everton face Liverpool which rounds up as an amazing Premier League weekend. If City would win, they will win the Premier League title. The Citizens haven't lost a game since mid-January against Liverpool, but are on a down note after losing to Merseysides in the 1st leg of the Quarter-Finals of the UEFA Champions League and will look to recapitalize. On the other hand, United are looking to keep the 2nd place spot as Liverpool are breathing in their backs just 2 points behind them. The fact that City can win the title in the Manchester derby would motivate the Red Devil to stop City from winning the title today.
After beating Sevilla 1-2 in the away game in the UEFA Champions League, now Bayern Munich are looking to get closer to the Bundesliga title as they are about to face Augsburg in the 29th Round of the Bundesliga season. Bayern are 17 points ahead of Schalke 04. Augsburg, on the other hand, are in 10th place with only 1 win in their last 5 Bundesliga games and their chances are not as big as they would like in this home game.
After a disappointing loss against Barcelona in the UEFA Champions League Quarter-Finals, now Roma are to face Fiorentina in their battle for the Champions League spots as the Romans are in 3rd place, just 1 point ahead of Inter Milan and 2 points ahead of Lazio who might sneak up if Roma lose points today. Fiorentina are on a row of wins and will try to get closer to the Europa League spots where there are Milan and Lazio. Roma are missing Cengiz Ünder who is injured and Radja Nainggolan who also might miss the game.
Sevilla lost unfortunate against Bayern Munich in the Champions League as they were leading 1-0 in the starting minutes of the game, but in the end, lost 1-2. Now they face Celta, who are just 6 points behind them. Sevilla won just 7 out of 15 points in their last few games and are in 7th place in La Liga as they were surpassed by Betis for the Europa League spots. Celta won just 1 out of their last 5 but their chances for Europe are still alive so they will try to sneak every point possible from now on until the end of the season.
In the 32nd Round of Ligue 1, Monaco face Claudio Ranieri's Nantes, who are playing amazingly and are currently in 8th place, just 2 points behind the Europa League spots. Monaco have almost secured their 2nd place but Marseille are in their backs, just 2 points behind. Nantes won just one game in 5 which puts them in a tough position, but Ranieri has showed us why he is an amazing coach and Monaco's chances are not as big as we can expect. They are missing Jovetic, Balde Keita and Moutinho.
