Hi,
today my post is about sport. What kind of sport do you like? I am playing a lot soccer and going to the gym. Sport helps me to stay healthy and keep me focusing on studying and work. In gym I am doing workouts with TRX and it is quite exhausting :D but it very effective. I dont't like working out with too much weight .
Football is what I like the most when it becomes to doing sport :D I can play it every day and it doesn't matter what kind of wheater it has. In Volleyball or basketball I also very interested but cannot play that much.
My next sport is Tennis, that I really want to play. Do you have any advice for beginners?
