The Atlanta Falcons now have company in worst football losses.
Two Minnesota high schools, the Maple Grove Crimson and St. Michael-Albertville Knights, squared off in the quarterfinals of the Class 6A state playoffs and it was one that will live on in Maple Grove for a while.
The Crimson scored 19 points in the final 59 seconds of the fourth quarter to win the game 29-27. With four minutes and 30 seconds left in the game, Maple Grove drove 70 yards down the field and scored on a 30-yard touchdown when quarterback Curtis Haugen completed a pass to Joe Raymon with 59 seconds left, according to MN Football Hub.
