Arsene Wenger side has put their dream of winning Europa League on serious doubt after failing to take advantage of depleted Atletico Madrid at Emirates.
Atletico’s full-back Sime Vrsaljko has made double Europa League record after receiving fastest yellow card (1 min 15 seconds) and fastest second yellow card (9 min 09 seconds) led to red which left his his down to 10 men with Diego Simeone also sent off by for his reaction. Arsenal wasn’t completely ready to exploit such golden opportunity and put semi-finals into the pocket already at home fixture.
