Really love to see this, thanks for sharing! Your post was really well crafted and inspired me. My partner and I also have plenty of white oaks although a very hilly terrain may make the nut picking more difficult. Didn't get out this year but will be more intentional next year. Ironically we were really busy at harvest time planting chestnuts and hazels... following y'all and 100% upvoted.
