Excellent topic, as I have been collecting acorns from our lone tree since it started production just a few years ago. I had plans to offer them to my gluten-free & vegan friends, but I suspect the long processing might put them off. So in the meantime I continue to hoarde them away, and I guess one day maybe making some flour and then bread from it.

Honestly, though it sounds lengthy written-out, I found the processing to be hardly arduous. I just put up our processing post yesterday, actually!
