RE: Update on my situation

Asking a client to waive their rights in order to get what is rightfully theirs to begin with is called abusing loopholes. It's like US Bank charging non-members to 7$ to cash a check drawn on their bank. They are legally obligated to, but will charge to do so.

Listen up CPS, officers of the courts (no matter which form you are), you won't be able to abuse loopholes forever. People are waking up and understanding that they can do something about it.

We're tired of our families being kept apart so you can feel better about yourself at the end of your day. Abusing these loopholes to maintain some semblance of power on your part just shows your insecurities.
