You need to see this video! Australian researcher, David Sinclair of Harvard Medical, who discovered the anti-aging compound "Resveratrol" back in 2003, has made another breakthrough discovery in the science of aging. His lab figured out that "Sirtuin" genes are the key to why we age, which means that time can potentially be turned back for people by way of a pill coming to market in the next few years. Hang on folks, the fountain of youth may be at hand!
What can you do in the meantime while this miracle pill is in development? Sinclair followers suggest taking Nicotinamide Riboside (a form of vitamin B3), and Pterostilbene (a souped up form of Resveratrol) which increase the body's NAD (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme found in all living cells) level. NAD is critical to regulating the Sirtuin genes, keeping all systems young and healthy.
