Comme déjà mentionné dans mon précédent article sur l'utilité de nos recherches, je suis souvent en quête d'alternative aux GAFAM.
Pour ce qui concerne Google, j'ai une tendance à n'utiliser que des moteurs qui soit protège mes données (Duckduckgo, Qwant) ou qui servent à quelque chose en plus de ma recherche (Lilo).
Aujourd'hui, je vais vous parler d'un autre qui fait du bien à notre environnement.
Il s'agit d'Ecosia.org
Le principe est le suivant. Les recherches affichent des publicités, ces publicités génèrent des profits, 40% à 50% de ces revenus servent à planter des arbres. Eh oui, toutes les recherches que nous faisons apportent un peu d'argent qui finance des plantations d'arbres dans le monde.
Le but étant de reboiser des contrées qui ont été abimées par la culture ou l'industrialisation. Ce principe permet de remettre en état notre planète comme d'autres l'ont fait avec des moyens divers.
