Publishing is a good idea but many people just invent new technology (machine or medicine etc.) without formal education. Quite often they have no documents but the prototype . What should they do to share their technology with the world?
Provide as much pictures and schematics as they can.
However, there are a few such free energy devices that people have almost the entire schematics, plans and have seen the original work and still can't get their own to work.
Free energy will happen when science stops breaking things apart, and starts learning to put things together.
You are absolutely right.
