Hi @dang007,
I noticed you approved and then promptly unapproved the witness I set up recently. I would really appreciate your support on the witness (gridcoin.science). Here is the tl'dr of why:
The gridcoin.science witness runs on an experimental backbone that halves RAM usage of the node through zram as detailed in my announcement. I will put out a tutorial on this in witness-category soon. This method does a lot to remove the witness hardware restrictions on the growth of the Steemit platform and its block size.
I work actively to bring value to Steemit through Utopian.io as a moderator.
I am a PhD student in biomedicine, working on Alzheimers, and with a programming background. I have the skills to make this work.
If you removed your support for a specific reason, I would love to know so that the witness can be improved. Thank you for your time!
If anybody want my witness vote they need to support me and i will return the favor.
Are you referring to a witness you are running, or general content? I had actually already upvoted this specific post before I messaged you.
Regardless, we all need witnesses to keep this platform running. With the large numbers of witnesses failing to mint blocks as we hit the 16GB and 20GB RAM requirements, this is more important than ever. The tech running on my specific witness is doubling the scalability of STEEM at a set level of hardware.
