In my opinion, I think there is no "absolute freedom" maybe in your country you do whatever you want ( but of course not against the laws). Unlike in a Islamic country, you need to respect society norms and people's religion what I have said maybe seems a little bit unusual, but ISLAM says that we Muslims are just like brothers and sisters means you should think of the entire society before thinking of yourself, there is no absolute freedom inside of a Islamic society because it simply means absolute chaos, if u wanna do tattoos and u don't care even about your own health then u must respect society norms and the religion of this country + you must also think about the others, doing tattoos does encourage people and let them think that this is totally fine. + I do not say that cigarettes companies actions are right or wrong though.
