RE: Crowd Rush A Court in England To Arrest The Judge! Most Courts Operate Unlawfully & Government/Monarch are NOT Above Everyone Else.

Indeed, the Magna Carta was signed under duress, so... In the end, self-governance is the only truly just governance, but when you have a world full of people who ill-prepared to self govern, it gets down to trying to find an acceptable compromise. Spooner ruined the Constitution for me, but I only mention that in certain circles... Most days you will see me supporting it. I try not to let "perfect" be the enemy of "good enough."

Sort:

I feel that the biggest barrier to a population who are awake and ready to 'self govern' is the intimidating form that is all around that says to them that they aren't good/smart/able enough to do so. If you are born into a world where every action is either 'legal' or 'illegal' according to people you have not been deemed 'good' enough to even meet - AND your family goes along with it all ... Then your own internal capacity for self direction and realisation takes a lot of early and heavy hits that need to be healed. It's a big journey to undertake, but the alternative is terrible. :/
