Yes that's it as for the site. The cheapest way to get them isn't through the site. You can get them through eBay or Amazon for cheaper. They have the greatest warranty. If one ever does break all you do is take a photo, send it to them and they will replace it for just a few bucks.
As for the leg press the last time I did it the girl at the gym I would use got on my case. She told me it was too much weight...lol. I told her she must be new and informed her what the weight rating was on the machine.
