Delving deeper into non-traditional media has been the key to lifting the veil from my eyes, so to speak. However, I have to admit that going with the flow was never my strong point to begin with. There have been many occasions in my past where I found speaking up and protesting were the right things to do. The deepest part of my consciousness would not allow me to turn a blind eye. The term often used for people like me was always 'rebellious'. One question posed repeatedly would be, 'why aren't you more like... (insert name)'. As if that shit was meant to change or mold me into a more compliant person.
In a culture where I was raised to never question authority, but always show respect even when they could be blatantly wrong, there were more than just a few times I stood my ground,whether it was for me, or some injustice that was witnessed. The thing is, it may have been difficult, and I'm very sure that my cheeks would have been flushed red from the sheer adrenaline rush of speaking out, but my conscience felt at peace each time.
This could be why now more than ever, I feel this attribute is an actual skill needed to navigate through this plethora of main stream media BS. All the censorship on social media platforms, the farce that tries to convince us that there is a left or a right within politics, the straight up media silencing regarding what is actually happening all around the world today.
All the information we see on traditional media like the news on TV, Google, Facebook etc., all of it conditioned us to live within a specific social construct. Take the whole Covid pandemic for example, the fear generated by the mainstream media, and the response whereby strict measures have been rolled out by the various governments.
At the time when the images started making its way to us from China, there was almost a knee-jerk reaction from South East Asian countries to mask up because history taught us from the SARS 2002 outbreak, that it was highly transmissible, and deadly. In fact, before Covid even hit the scenes, and you were accustomed to traveling, you would probably have witnessed many Asians on tourists buses or on flights, donning face masks. So that, plus the images of doctors and nurses wearing hazmat suits wheeling out 'body bags' paved the way for the draconian measures which locked us up in our homes. Once our liberties were taken away, our beings started to crave that one we had taken for granted all these years, freedom.
We missed it so much and our minds just could not process the captivity we found ourselves in. We were locked up in our home jails, while still having to be a productive member of society. Segregated from others, fear of catching Covid from even our groceries, many of us sprayed disinfectant on everything and washed any item that was outside our Covid-free homes.
When they announced there would be a vaccine, the roll-out could not have happened fast enough. People were so desperate to get the vaccine, that they could finally escape their dreaded lock-down measures, and get back to 'life as they knew it'.
All this time, in the background, we were being groomed by the media - well by the people who control the media and government, about how amazing the vaccine would be, and how not taking it would result in the vaccines not working. The WHO groomed people on how to speak with anyone who was vaccine hesitant with online leaflets. Even the NIH has an article called *Addressing vaccine hesitancy, Clinical guidance for primary care physicians working with parents * (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6515949/ see table 2)
We became their work horses. All those who took the vaccines, would become vaccine evangelists, and are very radical. Those who are hesitant have became quiet, and are watching it all unravel, to prolong what seems inevitable. Those who are outright against the vaccine, have gone out in full force globally, speaking out against the the lock-downs and mandatory vaccinations. These are the voices who have also revealed to us the plan of elite class regarding depopulation, digital currency and complete control of any autonomy one has in this day and age.
The truth is, those in control started pitting us one against another to fulfill the agenda. And this was not something that happened overnight. It was years and years of planning, and an opportune moment presented itself.
**Now we the people who are citizens of planet earth, need to decide. Do we allow ourselves to be manipulated for their gain, or will we stand together, protect one another, whatever our views may be? **
