I'm my experience, I have never been able to talk my way out of a citation. Officers just do not do that. ...ever 😊
He did because he knew that he was wrong. I studied the law afterwards and saw that he wouldn't have been able to charge me 200 euros for what I did. When he noticed that I didn't just agree and pay, he did one step back.
