Wow. There is a lot of thought provoking ideas in your words to soak in. Nice use of memes and photos by the way. Interesting point about a child glued to a TV being abuse. On one hand you can ask the child to exercise free choice, but if they know nothing but TV is it really free choice? I wonder, is the same true for adults that know nothing else - is that adult abuse? We must wake up, but how do we wake up if we don't know we are sleeping?

The worst kind of manipulation is the kind you can't see. If I manipulate you to do something you may think you're free. Imagine what it truly is though. It is someone taking advantage of your existence. They are taking away your freedom momentarily. It's scary. I've witnessed it, I've done it. I try not to practice the machavallian techniques but somehow it is subconscious.

Freedom isn't real if we think we're free and we're not.
