At the beginning you will need to know some important things 🤗
Rating:
After completing a job, the client will vote for you between 1 to 10 based on your work experience. The best rating here is 10. This rating plays an important role in getting new jobs. So always try to get 10 ratings. For this reason, before submitting the work, you should complete all tasks according to the client's needs and submit the work before the scheduled time ends. If the average rating is less than 9, then the chances of getting a new job gradually decrease.
Ranking:
Freelancing is a place on the basis of your rankings in all coders. Your position is determined by your average rating in Rent-A-code and the amount of total work you have completed. Ranking plays an important role in ranking and getting new jobs. Whose ranking is far ahead of the possibility of getting more work than others. However, if you can show your client's confidence, confidence and possible past experience while bidding, then you can get the job done by leaving behind everyone.
Deadline:
Before starting work, the client specifies a deadline to submit work or the maximum deadline. If you feel that you can not submit this work at a time determined by the client, then ask the client before starting the work to increase deadlines. Start the job if the client agrees. And if the client agrees to increase the time, it would be better for you not to accept the job. Because if you can not submit the work in the deadlines mentioned in the given time, you can lose the full amount of work. In addition the client can give you a bad rating. So if ever such a situation arises, immediately tell your current status client and request the extension of deadlines.
Mediation / Arbitration:
Sometimes if the client refuses to give you money or submits the full job, then you say that you have not done all the work properly, then you can get help from the freelancing site's mediation / arbitration. Through this service you can report your problem to that site. The authority of the site will then hear the complaints of both sides and during the work, you will check the client and the communication between you. If your complaint is true then you will get full money.
However, it is best not to go to arbitration, because in many cases the authorities support the client and you will not get any money. If you prove guilty, the authorities will give you a rough rating. So try to negotiate with the client through negotiation. If you do not want to read such unexpected situations, ask the client before they start to clear their needs. Do not send email directly to the client through the massaging system of the site.
Escrow:
After starting the work, the client deposits the full amount of work on the freelancing site. This submission is called Escrow which ensures the possibility of getting the money for the coder after completing the work. The client should not start work before depositing the money in the escrow.
