There are several problems with your position. First, this distribution method directly incentivizes both creating spam and upvoting spam, undermining Steem as a network to create and curate content people actually want to see. Second, it doesn't even distribute rewards effectively to people like you. Mostly it just funnels rewards to people like @fogel. If you like to browse and comment as you say, you'd get a larger payout using your voting power to upvote your comments than you do using it to upvote these schemes. Half of the rewards are paid as SP, which go to the poster instead of to you when you upvote schemes like this.
