"UNDERESTIMATION"- AN INVISIBLE KILLER!
The word "Underestimation" is a combination of two words! "Under" and "Estimation" means valuating something. SO underestimation means not valuating something according to its weight. It's kind of similar to judging a book by its cover. People who are reading this blog have most likely experienced this term. "Underestimation".
Even most businesses face this term. But today I'm going to say from an individual's point of view. Okay ammm... think about a situation when you were proposing something valuable to a group of people or to an elder person and they indirectly deny it. How would you feel at that moment? I believe many of you have experienced something like this before. This feeling is not pleasurable to feel. Sometimes the victim of this situation feels disappointed. Underestimation may kill someone's willing power to try that thing he wanted to do. Yes, we can justify that whether it's right or is it that valuable or not! But there is a way of approach to gently saying something correcting someone gently! But if you guys to underestimate someone without reason it kills that person from inside ! Introverts feel that more. As an introvert I know I get underestimated every now and then. But next time when we do something like this we should think about that persons heart!
