I decided that if I was going to have a late night snack why not skip the lettuce and make a salad out of nothing but three different kinds of bell peppers four different kinds of tomatoes and one extremely hot jalapeno along with a hot banana pepper hell ya. And of course no dressing at all just a little bit of pepper; it tastes orgasimic!
