The leaves of this geranium can be used for tea both fresh and sugared.
The recipe from the flowers of fragrant geraniums:
Candied flowers
You will need: flowers Pelargonium, protein 1 egg, powdered sugar.
Preparation: gently wash the flowers and dry on a napkin. Protein whisk and apply it very carefully with a brush on the petals of the flower. Sprinkle the flowers with sugar powder from the strainer, shake off excess powder and dry the flowers. Store in a paper box or glass jar.
Used for decoration of confectionery and sweet desserts.
