With the several health problems emanating left right and centre around us, I came up with a wonderful combination which I decided to share with us. This drink has ingredients that save you from developing virtually every health problem you can think of.

1 beetroot (BE)
4 carrots (CA)
1/4 cup of sesame seeds (Beneseed) (SE)
8-10 dates (D)

This is loaded with vitamins and minerals such as potassium, calcium, manganese, magnesium, iron, folate, niacin, riboflavin and B6.
It lowers the risk of heart diseases and keeps the bowel healthy.

This has an exceptional value especially the green part which are rich in calcium, iron and vitamins A and C. It has folic acid, fibre, manganese and potassium. Beet greens strengthen the immune system and protects cells from damaging free radicals. It treats anaemia, piles, kidney disorders, dandruff, cancer and cardiovascular problems.

This is highly beneficial to the eyes because it contains vitamin A. It has high source of antioxidants, decreases risk of heart disease and stroke, lowers cholesterol, protects against cancer, maintains oral health, boosts skin health and wound healing, protects brain health and cognitive function.

Procedure
Pound diced beetroot and carrots to ensure it doesn't destroy your blender.
Soak blended sesame seeds for a little over thirty minutes
Place pounded mixture of carrots and beetroot inside blender, pour soaked blended sesame seed into the blender, add diced banana, remove seeds from dates and add to the mixture. Blend until it is smooth.
Do not drain out to get the liquid alone because the chaff is very important.
Pour yoghurt into the blended mixture, add some powdered milk and serve the healthy drink.

Ingredients for fried plantain and veggies dish
2 fingers of plantain
Cabbage
Carrots
1 boiled egg
Debonned well seasoned boiled fish (season with onion, a finger of garlic, 1 stock cube, salt)
Cut cabbage, diced carrot, debonned fish
Procedure
Dice and fry plantain, cut cabbage, dice carrots, dice eggs, dice eggs and dish is ready.
