A Day with My Church Mates at Anapog, San Remigio, Cebu
My church friends and I had a wonderful time today, the sort of day that commences with clear blue skies and a gentle breeze which betokens a good day ahead. We arranged to see the sunset at Anapog, San Remigio, a place which is quite famous for the breathtaking sights and the peaceful ambiance there.
While the afternoon sun started to turn red, we all coveraged at the agreed place location full of eager Expectation.As we were heading to anapog , we could not stop talking and the talks were fascinating , has discussion that strengthen my appreciation for the unconditional support of real friends.Upon our arrival , the view left us breathless. The horizon differed from the sea, where it met the sky in a gentle manner as if they were in love. The looming hills were fresh and leafy lush, and the air hummed with the soothing sounds of nature. A perfect place for a picnic spot appeared that we found, we spread our blanket on the grass and went ready to be completely absorbed by the beauty of the moment.
As we watched the sun roll down in the sea horizon, we told each other various stories from our peculiar lives. While some led us to a hearty laughter, others allowed us to think deeply about the meaning of faith, hope, and friendship. After each story, I felt more connected
While the sun was setting, at first, it created a beautiful combination of orange, pink, and purple across the sky, so we went for taking a few photos in the memory. We made faces, exchanged jokes, and took funny photos, setting the milestones we only but knew we would forevermore enjoy. The revitalizing touch of the light seemed to make everything splendid, like the earth was shedding a smile down at us.
Shortly after that, we meditated in silence watching the magnificent sun going down. It was a display of the creative power of God. It was so moving to feel so blessed a minute to witness such beauty. We then prayed for our happy journey home and thanked the nature for the overall splendor and the joy of friendship and the moments that make life worth living.
