I am again here on steemit. Today i will highlight benefits of olive oil which is composed of health supporting contents.

So lets have a start:
Olive oil is a liquid fat obtained from olive a traditional Tree crop of the Mediterranean Basin . The oil is produced by pressing whole olive fruits. It is used for cooking or frying or as salad dressing it is also used in Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical and for Salad Dressing
Types of Olive oil..
1) Virgin olive oil.
This verity is used for cooking with a lower acid content.
2) Extra virgin olive oil.
This is much better variety and it is made by cold pressing the olive fruit.
3) Pure Olive oil.
This oil is combination of refined and virgin oil.
4) Lampante Oil.
This type used as fuel not for cooking purpose.
Benefits:-
Reduce Heart ♥ diseases:-
The natural olive oil contain 70% monounsaturated fatty acid oil. So that it will be reduce cholesterol which prevent from heart diseases.
Lowers Blood Cholesterol:-
LDL cholesterol is the bad type of cholesterol which increase the attack of heart attack and pulmonary heart diseases. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a composed of chemical reduce risk of heart disease.
Weight loss:-
Medical experts suggest that it is very difficult to gain weight from the monounsaturated fat present in olive oil.
Olive olive can reduce human body weight.
Boost Metabolism:-
Olive oil help to boost the Metabolism the growth of good Bones structure and brain development in childrens.
Prevent Inflammation:-
Olive oil is composed of phenol which prevent from micro-organisms and inflammation and also helps to prevent pathogenic bacterias.
Improve Digestion:-
Olive oil is help to improve digestion through cleaning of digestive tract and bowel movements.
Reduce risk of Cancer:-
Olive oil help to protect human body against cancer especially bowel cancer. Medical research in Oxford University
has shown positive sign that the acidic content of this oil can prevent the commencement of Rectum and Bowel Cancer.
Lowers Hypertension:-
A recent study research suggests that a Mediterranean diet comorising of food rich in unsaturated fats. Nitrite and nitrate which present in Olive oil prevent from Hypertension.
