Sunti acid is a star fruit that has been preserved by drying and overgrown with large amounts of salt.

The process of making injectable acids
After the star fruit is picked, everything is soaked in water until the color changes from green to yellow and the fruit becomes moist.
Then, the starfruit was lifted, covered with large amounts of salt, and dried in the sun.
If the dry season or hot sun, approximately after drying for two days, injections have been done. But if the sun is not hot or cloudy, the drying process can take days.
If it rains sequentially while the star fruit should be dried in the sun, the quality of the injection will be bad, even wrinkles.
