Thanks so very much @plantstoplanks. Even though I see all the fruit and veggies at our market as being like wonderful art objects all the time, this was the first time I've made flatlays with them. Was a wonderful experience to arrange all the different fruits and veggies with colour and shape as well as space in mind. Brought me closer again to their natural beauty. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎

You captured that natural beauty very well! I feel like appreciating that beauty satisfies me even more when I sit down to a meal filled with nature's abundance. Too many people eat mindlessly (I'm guilty of it at times, as well), so just taking a moment to really enjoy what you have in front of you with your eyes can do wonders for your relationship with food!
