Usually, those patties cost a little fortune in the stores? At least, here in Italy. It is much cheaper to make it yourself. :) I simplified this patty for this burger and it was really easy to make. :)

I have made them from another recipe before. Very cheap. The store bought ones are more expensive, but not outrageous. Less than a dollar per patty. Beans are cheap. Making them from scratch would cost significantly less. Chickpeas are cheap too. If I try your recipe, I will have to post my success (or lack thereof).
