Oooooo! I LOVE persimmons! It grows in our area, although not successfully on our homestead. Can't say the same about the dragon fruit though. Never seen it in SA. I love that orange and pink colour. And of course your recipe, as always. Delicious and inspiring Lena

Hello Dear Tracey! Thank you so much for visiting and I am happy you like it. I believe that Dragon fruit mostly comes from central America, Caribbean, south parts of Asia, Australia and subtropical regions, which means it should be somewhere in Africa.........based on Google, lol. π΄ππ΄
It's surprised me the exotic types of fruit that has made its way to our African shores in the recent years....so here's hoping for Dragon fruit!
