howdy again Miss Lena..hey that Gardein looks very interesting, I'll look for that and for other items. We buy the good coconut oil and flaxseed meal and cocao powder but have never gotten quinoa or chia so thanks for this list of super foods. Oh, never had hemp seeds either, what do you do with them?

First of all, get cacao, which is raw and very healthy, not cocoa, because that is processed. Hemp seeds are also highly nutritious, they are actually a type of Cannabis seeds and they are rich in healthy fats and essential fatty acids. They are also a great protein source and contain high amounts of vitamin E, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, magnesium, sulfur, calcium, iron and zinc. I got this form Google, lol.
The Gardein has only 4 gluten free products, if you must must have gluten free. However, this is a type of product good to have in the freezer when you don;t have time to cook, but not to eat too often.
ok Miss Lena...thanks for all the great information. Why do you say not to eat the Gardein products too often because it isn't fresh food?
My pleasure Janton and yes Gardein is still processed food even if one of the best ones on the market. But it's easily to get addicted to it, because it's so good, lol.
Howdy this fine Saturday Miss Lena! Oh I like addictive food. lol. I could also get addicted to the ease of preparing it, it would be a big time saver but i know the priority shouldn't be on that alone.
Howdy Janton, you need to spend more time in the kitchen and less chatting on Steemit, lol.
Nevertheless, the Gardein products are definitely easy to prepare and delicious so go easy on them when you get them, lol.
oh I agree, I spend too much time on steemit but I think this is a fairly temporary situation. I wonder if Walmart has that product line?
Well, go check and let me know. Most Walmart locations here have it. The brand is now own by American company, although originally it's Canadian from Vancouver. But they couldn't keep up with the demand, so they had to sell it to a bigger company in U.S.
