I hope you had a wonderful weekend and now you are ready for FRUITS AND VEGGIES MONDAY COMPETITION, the 51st WEEK.
This time with our HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE and the last week 1st PRIZE WINNER @proanima. She is a very talented young lady who not only creates delicious recipes, but has also a green thumb. Very often, the fruits and veggies in her recipes come from her beautiful garden, as do the plums in her winning and delicious recipe COOKED BLACK ELDERBERRY WITH A DELICATE CRISPY SHORTBREAD. So please male sure you visit her last week entry and her blog, if you have not done so yet.
I would also like to remind you to read the rules, because only entries following them 100% will be accepted.
If you didn't try avocado toast with shiitake mushrooms yet, then I highly recommend. It is one of the most delicious and quick meals for lunch or dinner. Make sure you have a big salad with it too π
