This week with our HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE @proanima who is the 1st PRIZE winner for her delicious recipe FILLED TOMATOES WITH QUINOA AND LEEK CREAM SAUCE. As I mentioned before, this lady is not only a very talented recipe creator, but also a wonderful gardener, using lots of home grown fruits and veggies in her recipes. I can't believe it's Monday again, it seems like it was only yesterday that I was writing my last #fruitsandveggiesmonday post, time passes so fast!
I love the color of that hummus, we all need something pink in life, right? πI've never seen anyone making hummus without chickpeas, so this black eyed bean version is really intriguing!
