Howdy Janton! I actually just learned about them myself, lol. I was making a different recipe with minced mushrooms, while I found out that the correct name for it is duxelles , lol. Altough that recipe did not turned out too well, so I didn't post it. It was very tasty, but it didn't look too good, lol. So I made another duxelles and post it separately, lol. But I didn't make that bread. Maybe some other time. But thank you so much, I am glad you like it π
