By the way, I made pizza and cookies with sweet potatoes and it was super yummy. I also use them for indian curry dishes, but I don't know if you like Indian food. Well let me know.

I have not eaten much Indian food in my life, but when I did I liked it. Even though sometimes there is too much pepper in it. lol Let's just say I drunk a lot of water. :)
